Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability. Heritage boutique rooms are compact; triple sharing or child-with-bed rates are calculated on final passenger count.
Airport Waiting Time & Night Transfer Policy
Maximum chauffeur waiting time at Changi Airport is 75 minutes from actual flight touchdown. Between 23:00 and 07:00, shared coaches do not operate and private transfers apply with a SGD 20 per vehicle per way midnight surcharge.
SIC Tour Punctuality
Shared coaches operate within a +/- 30-minute pickup window and will not wait longer than 5 minutes past pickup. Missed SIC transfers cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Skyline Luge & Skyride Safety Rules
Skyride accompanied riders must be at least 85 cm and solo riders 135 cm. Luge solo riders must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm; younger or shorter children may ride tandem with an adult using a Child Doubling Ticket.

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email and verified through the operations desk. 15 or more days prior to travel: 75% refund of total package cost (25% administrative & retention charge). 7 to 14 days prior: 50% refund. 3 to 6 days prior: 25% refund. Within 48 hours of travel or No-Show: strictly non-refundable.
