Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability at hotel discretion. Singapore hotel rooms are compact and optimized; bedding configurations (single/double/twin) are subject to allocation upon arrival. Honeymoon amenities are provided strictly upon prior written hotel confirmation.
Vehicle Capacity & Luggage Allowances
In Singapore, strict vehicle safety laws apply. The 13-seater airport transfer vehicle has a maximum operational capacity of 8 passengers with 6 standard check-in suitcases and 6 hand pieces. Extra luggage requiring additional transfers will be charged to the guests directly on-site.
SIC (Shared) Tour Punctuality
Shared coach tours operate within a +/- 30-minute arrival window depending on city traffic. Guests must wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time; coaches cannot wait more than 5 minutes past pickup. Missed transfers cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Private Transfer Waiting Window
Chauffeurs for private airport and hotel transfers provide a maximum grace waiting window of 20 minutes from the flight touchdown/scheduled lobby pickup time. Additional waiting charges apply beyond this window.
City Tour Route Note
The 3-Hour City Tour terminates at Little India. Guests wishing to return directly to the hotel must consult the coach captain or arrange independent transit. If an afternoon activity is scheduled right after, default pickup will occur from Little India.
Travel Insurance Policy
Complimentary travel insurance must be finalized and issued at least 24 hours prior to trip departure. Insurance cannot be issued once passengers have boarded their initial flight.
Conservatory Maintenance Closures
Gardens by the Bay conservatories undergo regular monthly maintenance. In the event of scheduled closures, visits will be scheduled around open operating hours.

What happens if I miss the pickup for a shared (SIC) excursion?
Shared coaches operate on strict schedules across multiple hotel properties. If you miss your scheduled pickup window (after the 5-minute grace period), you will need to reach the attraction independently via taxi or MRT at your own expense. Unused transfer portions are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing via email and validated through our operations desk.
